Sammy that poem was beautiful.

I miss my Nanna so much she died 5 years ago on 13th December of Cancer.
To me Christmas especially when I was growing up was all about going to my Nanna's and having a really good time. She was my best friend and I think of her every day.
My baby is due on what would have been her birthday 15th April and i would be thrilled if he arrives on time and shares her birthday.

We lost Jed's grandma the month before we conceived Isaac. We are so gutted she never even got to know we were expecting because we had been TTC for so long and she would have loved to have held Isaac and been his Great Grandma.

Jed's family all think Isaac is her gift to us
