not much happening today..just been to the dentist - (all good!) and walked back..... have an appointment to see a wedding venue tomorrow evening and one at the weekend! all very exciting!
Starting to get fed up and impatient with baby coming out..... someone I know is due 5 days after me and this is her second...... her baby is is fully engaged jealous...me?!?!?!? why is my body soooo crap!

Just heard the postie Ramming stuff through the letter box.......if you cant get it through RING THE BELL!!!!! aaaaaaaaargh what is with postie people these days...so many of our xmas/engagement cards have been bent cause they dont give a sh**

Im off to play babies now............one of the girls at my antenatal classes had her little girl last week and has invited me over for coffee I think I can just about drive that far
She is an expert at breastfeeding (fed her 1st DD too), so am hoping to get some tips

There were only 4 of us at the NHS antenatal classes, and all have now had their babies (one had her son this morning weighing 10lbs 2oz - OUCH), so just me to go.......

Ive had a lovely layin this morning, im about to get dressed and going to make a start on housework + chuck things away which are not needed just somthing i need to do beofore baby gets here

Oh Baby Lucy is just gorgeous, as is her 3 year old - how she manages with both I dont know! I take my hat off to all you ladies with a toddler and another on the way

Had lots of cuddles........oh and got on a few times too

Despite seeing a newborn today I still find it hard to believe there is one of those in my tummy!! Does that sound really daft???

Hi ladies, back from a great midwife appointment - George is still head down and in fact 3/5ths engaged, apparently he could pop out again but for now I'm excited BP and water all OK and measuring 38 cms so pretty much spot on. She is happy for me to deliver in the midwife unit if all continues like this Got an appointment with my GP next week and then her the week after although she says she doesnt want to see me It looks as if she will be the one coming out to do the first weeks visits at home and she would rather see me then - not as much as I would rather see her

Just a waiting game now but I am 37 weeks tomorrow so he can come anytime now in my opinion

Enjoyed my shopping trip with mum today but I'm feeling pretty poopified now. Spent too much but, well, that was to be expected really

Anyone else had someone really stare at them/their bump when out and about? Most people they smile or ask when baby is due but I had a couple of oddballs really staring at me today. Like they had never clapped eyes on a pregnant woman. Bizarre fruit.

Made me feel a bit self-conscious after the second time it happened

I have just wrote Gal a letter stating the reason i am so eager to get this baby out, i wont post on here but its simply more then, i just cant wait.

Jane - Glad to hear baby is starting to engage, Im sure it wont be long now - do you think George might make an early appearance??

Mel - Im sure bubs will be here really soon, are you still getting pains?

Pickled Onion - Glad you had a lovely time shopping, hope you got some bargains!! I have found most people to be so damn rude since I have been pregnant, pushing past me in shops, jumping in front of me in queues etc - maybe its always been like that, but I notice it more now!!

Lisa - How are you feeling today hun??

Had a dreadful nights sleep, finally got to sleep at 1am, and was wide awake again at 4am........stayed in bed until 5.30 though as the heat doesnt come on til then.

Im hoping to go back to bed once hubby gets up, as I have a feeling I wont be sleeping too much tonight, and have to be at the hospital for 8am tomorrow

Morning!

Hope everyone is well! We went to see a wedding venue last night and it was gorgeous! Has lots of rooms with sofas and comfy chairs for mingling between the ceremony and dinner which is what we want! We're obviously going back to see it in the daylight to check out the gardens but dont think it will be an issue!
Pregnant wise I'm just getting fed up and bored, the weeks are dragging, I'm over emotional and have had a sore back for the past 3 days

Liza - you must be SO excited!!!!!! tomorrow is the day! Hope you managed to get some sleep after your DH went to work, I went back to bed too for a couple of hours!

Mel - Hope you're ok hun Just read your other post too.... I think you wound him up that he came that quickly!

Pickled - glad you had a good time shopping. Dont worry I've had some people stare at my bump and I swear they are looking and thinking "oh my how fat is she"..... lol! stuff em.... you have a wonderful baby growing in there! I certainly notice how rude people are when shopping, not giving me room when getting past etc and tutting when I say excuse me!

Hoping to get out for a walk today.... looking a bit dull and threating rain at the moment....dont really want to get soaked!
