midwife has been and all seems well with the babies my urine was clear but my blood pressure was up quite a bit but considering im really stressed out today and tearful and tired its prob down to that couldnt stop crying while she was here felt so stupid  she phoned our local multiple birth support group while she was here to see if theres any help i can get off them with christopher while im still pregnant so i could get some rest :( but to be honest i dont do well with strangers and really dont want it and now im gonna have to avoid my bloody phone in case xxxxxxxx

Afternoon all  had such a busy morning with work that I am only now getting dressed!! :D :D Thank goodness I work from home :D

Lisaspoon  hope you are having a better afternoon honey, I am sure you look beautiful and not a blip at all but I know how you feel.....

Rach you are doing so well - I cannot imagine how uncomfortable it must be carrying two babies - the one is making my eyes water at times!! LOL at having to avoid the phone - thats just what I would do....

Bexie good luck with your scan -it will be nice for you to see your LO again and you can come here to cook too if you like - Dave is not back until late this evening and I was just thinking I cant really be bothered to sort anything out for myself - will have a trip down Tesco's when I'm dressed and see if there is anything I fancy.....

Jaydesmummy  have a lovely lazy day.

Claire - how are the pains honey? I cant beleive that Lea just slipped off and had her baby - dont you go doing the same thing....... :D

Ninja enjoy your sofa day :D Feel like doing that this afternoon myself but I have too much to do!!

Kmac how are you?

and  to anyone I have not caught up with - this gets harder and harder the more mashed my brain becomes!!

Still no response from the lady with the pram so we have lodged a dispute with paypal - hopefully this will make her contact us as she has excellent feedback - we are sure it was damaged in transit but only she can claim from the courier company!! Its such a shame as the pram hasnt got a mark on it and even the wheels look new!!

Right off to dry my hair and get dressed :D love to you all.

Crikey - I can't keep up in here!!

Great news about Lea - looking forward to pics!

 Amelia and other new faces - I'm pretty new to this chat thread too - it's tricky keeping up with the hardcore chatterboxes in here!! :)

Rach - I ditto what rom says, and you always find time to come on here and say hello! It musr really feel like the time is dragging but it's not long at all now!!

Rom - hope you do get some response from your ebay lady soon

Hi Jaydesmummy - I feel exactly the same, I just can't get motivated today. I went out early to the optician then had to come back and have a nap. I'm just so tired. Having a bit of a sofa day as well, Ninja!

Bexie - good luck with the scan

Charmed - hope all is well - I had ketones in urine a few weeks ago when I had been sick, dr wasnt too worried at the time.

 everyone else

Have just been reading about Group Strep B in one of the posts. Got myself all worried as I think I had the infection when I was living in the states. Can I just ask to be tested or do they only do it privately, anyone know?
In fact I have been getting myself all worried again recently just about stupid stuff - it feels a bit like back in Tri 1, I'm all worried is the baby going to be ok when she gets here. Has anyone else began to feel like this? My friends say it's normal, but I do just feel so worried!!! Silly old me

jane hope you get somewhere with the pram soon hun must be really frustrating :( xxx

amelia  hi and welcome :D hope your feeling well do you know if your having a boy or girl or are you waiting to see xxx

millie i dont think all areas offer the strep b test ask your midwife hun and see if she can organise it for you if youve tested positive for it before im not sure but wouldnt that make you a carrier of strep b now??? like i said im not sure as i dont know much about it might be worth doing a seperate thread hun theres bound to be someone on here who will know more about it but id definately have a chat with the midwife about it  xxx

well ive actually stopped crying which is really nice as i thought i wouldnt stop today bloody hormones  lukes gone to our local college open day for the evening :( seems like only yesterday i was leaving him at school for his first day and now hes trying to decide which colleges to apply for next september where do the years go  make the most of your little ones everyone they grow up way way too fast :( xxxxxxx

Oh Rach  I can relate to Luke going to see the college thing..... Josh never rings me now he is so happy and settled in Uni and Han is having a ball in Tunisia - thank goodness I have this little bundle due or my life would seem so empty :D Glad you are feeling better

Still no response from the pram lady!! :wall: so so cross!!

 Evening ladies

Too many post to reply to and I'm feeling a little lazy to be honest, so you can all have one of these instead

Had my scan this afternoon and it went ok, baby's growth is fine, I think they have made me worry unnessicerilly (can't spell!!) I asked what the baby's estimated weight was and she said 7 lb 7 oz!!! The fluid levels are still low and have dropped slightly since my last visit. The baby is also breech and they suspect it has little chance of being able to turn as the fluid is so low, so I have been booked in for another c-section on the 19th December (my mum's birthday). I've got mixed feeling about it really, part of me is excited and another is disappointed!!

I'll post more tomorrow when I am feeling less lazy.

 rach - wow, bet its quite a lot to take on your LO's growing up. I hope Luke finds a college that he wants to go to! I really can't imagine whats it like letting them go. hope you feel better soon and a bit happier
 bexie - glad to hear that your scan went well and babies weight is fine! I hope you feel more comfortable with the idea of a c-section soon :)
 amelia - welcome to Tri 3, how you doing? having a good day?

 to everyone else!! hope your all well and bumps are happy!

not been a busy day for me, just had a MW appointment. all went well, urine and BP fine as normal, been quite lucky so far with this pregnancy! bubs is head and apparently 3/5 engaged! I must admit I'm a bit ignorant as to what that means. do you reckon he could make an appearance soon? or is that just wishful thinking?
told I'm definitely having an epidural pretty much straight away to control BP! so as soon as I'm 4cm dilated I'll get it done.. sounds good to me, as I wanted an epi anyway!

 Rach, hope you feel better soon hunni

 ROM, grr bout the pram hun!

 Ameliask, nice to meet you hun!

 Chick, hope you are well, yay on the homebirth pack!

 Millie, Ive had groupB in past, but it comes and goes. Majority of women can have it and not know.

 Bexie, yay on growth scan! Glad bubs is ok.

 Christina, wishful thinking hunni! Sorry(but ya never know! )lol. But yay to epi!!

Well I went to sleep at 9pm, woke up for a wee thinking it was around 3am...no it was bliddy 11pm :shakehead:
Am wide awake now,and wondering whether to eat all the onion bajjiis we have in fridge :D

Morning ladies

Hope your all well. What a crap nights sleep I've had, kept on waking up with a headache. There was me saying to Hen the other day that I've been lucky with my sleeping, I spoke to soon. I don't know if I was worring about the section and that kept on waking me or not, also it was like a hurrican out there last night, the wind was constant.

I've booked in for a ful head of highlights and haircut this morning, can't wait to be pampered.

Hope you all have a good day.

Love B x

Morning ladies

Morning girlies! :D

Well thats it - I am officially lost (again) and have no hope of keeping up with you lot soon as I wasnt online yesterday!!! Honestly, I miss one day and I feel like I'm totally left behind!

I was having a blitz on the house and getting a load of jobs done - its still a total mess by anyone elses standards as things are not sorted from when we moved  but it does look as if at least some things are coming together now - the kitchen is sorted 'cept for the fcat that DH has to put up an extra cupboard at the weekend.

I want to make the most of it while Im on a roll so I have got more things to do today....nothing too heavy tho! I am feeling good at the moment, went to a friends last night for dinner and her sister was there with her (v.cute) 5.5month old lil boy and her housemate was there who is due on Tuesday so it was a bit of a baby fest but I had fun (was well tired after tho, although that didnt mean I could get to sleep!)

Morning girls,

Not stopping this mornng but will wish all of you well in whatever you are doing today :)
I wont be on much over the next few days but dont panic im not in labour, i promise you will all know as soon as i am.
Im posting this on here as the ladies who come on this chat bit are the ones that i talk to most, anyway i have things going on that i dont know how to deal with or even if i can, i have nobody really i can talk to (god i miss my mum!!) lets just say i thought life couldnt get mcuh worse but how wrong was i.
I wont bore you all with details and im not ready to talk really anyhow but just wanted to let you know i am keeping an eye on you all and havnt disappeared but wont be around.

Hi everyone :) ,

Chickadee – how exciting getting your home birth kit delivered, it must feel so real now. :D

Bexie – I have a passion for cooking as well. Enjoy your pampering today. :D

Lisaspoon – its awful not getting any sleep. How are you feeling today, did you manage to make it to the concert last night?

Ninja – I hope you enjoyed your lazy day yesterday. I’ve been having loads of these recently.

Jaydesmummy – Hope your ok today and your appointment goes well.

Rach – its so annoying when you buy something from an ebay seller in good faith and then they start being awkward when theres a problem. :x I hope you get it sorted soon.

Ameliask – hi and welcome.

Millie – I’ve started worrying about things as well. I think its normal, we’re getting so close now its scary.

.Christina. – glad your midwife appointment went well. :D

Chok – make the most of your energetic days. I’ve been having a mix of lazy days and energetic days. My house has honestly never been so organised.

Babydust – hope you’re okay hun.

Hennaly – sorry things are bad for you right now, I hope your ok.

Thanks for all your good wishes yesterday. My blood pressure is back to normal and my urine showed no traces of ketones, leucocytes or blood but did have sugar so I had to go back today with another sample and thank goodness that was clear.

I also got fitted today with splints on both wrists for carpal tunnel syndrome and boy they are so annoying. The physio said if they annoy me during the day then to just wear them at night.

I got all my xmas pressies wrapped yesterday, well the ones that have arrived anyway.

Sorry if I’ve missed anyone.
