Cervical Mucus: Can someone please explain?

I was broody for a good 3 years before the hubby agreed so I wasn't bothered by BFNs early on either! Its nice to feel like you're actually doing something positive. FRER have a sensitivity of 6mlu so if you want to test early, use them. :) Those other "early result" tests don't seem to work until the day before AF.

I've been ready for at least 2 years, but needed to finish uni, get a job, make sure I could get maternity pay having been at said job, and also get married  so, now that's all done (bar the wedding). But in that time, I've learned some important information about my cycle - with PCOS i can vary form 27 to 60 days which can be a bit soul destroying, but I've kind of managed to get it down to averaging out at 32 days by eating low carb.
But by tracking all my symptoms for years, I know that when I get ewcm/cramps, I ovulate about 2 days later. I only really tracked because of the PCOS but it's helped me to know my body a lot.
OPK's are not an option for me as they always show positive. Just have to go by what my body tells me!

Winter I've been broody for 12 years since leaving school but I knew it wasn't the right time then it wasn't the right guy there have been nights I cried myself to sleep because it was driving me crazy but I just didn't have the right man in my life so when I found my oh and he treated me totally different in a good way then my exs and then he jumped in to help when I was poorly I knew then he was the right guy.

12 years  wow - I think my sister was like this, her and i are complete opposites
I have NEVER been broody....i actually joke that i dont like children  but its natural for me to play with them, as it is my husband, so i am excited for our own - just dont like other peoples

My sister is now happily pregnant (third timester) with her husband, who was the best of a bad bunch, however 20 years older than her :wall2: (I'm her sister so i can judge )

Definately best that you are in a happy good place in your life, so i wish you all the luck <3

Ahhhh good luck everyone. You all deserve your happiness.

I was married a month before I fell pregnant with DD then Ex-Hub left before her 3rd birthday. OH and I have been together for almost 3 years and don't want to leave a longer gap than we've had to between our kids. Hopefully there'll be wedding bells for us soon too :D

Yea it's been a long haul but I'm glad I had a good head on my shoulders and didn't get pregnant with my exs one who was controlling did say let's start trying I was 18 and I said no even though I wanted a baby badly but I didn't want to do it at that time with him and we broke up about 6 months later so glad I dodged that bullet and never got to the conversation of starting to try with my last ex he in the end refused to ever have children with me and he treated me awfully so I was so glad I got out of that relationship and found my man. My best friend of 10 years is so happy for me as she has been through it all with me and is so happy that I've finally gotten to the point that I'm trying for a baby. Like I've told my other half you have no idea how much I love you but you should know your the only man I've actually been willing to try with do that tells you alot as he was shocked that I had been with my last ex for 7 years and we never even tried to get pregnant.
Just so glad I've found mr right I know it is so gushie to say but he really is he treats me so amazingly

Everything happens for a reason and thankfully you made the best choices for you along the way.

Be gushy all you want, its good to be proud of your partner and thankful that they ended up in your life <3
