Hey there,
As you might know im having some problems with my OPK's, So i've just orderd a cbfm off the internet to use on my next cycle. Could anyone give me any advise on using this? Or is it pretty straight forward? Thanks for reading. xx

I have one, it's pretty straight forward.

When you get it, you wait until the time that would be convenient for you to test every day and hold the button until an m1 appears and you keep holding it until it ticks upto the cycle day you are on.

Then every day at that time, you press the button and it will tell you if it wants you to test or not.

On you first cycle it will want you to test from cd6 - i think i used about 14 tests in my first first cycle.

Then on your following cycles it will want you to test from cd10

The cycle just gone was my third cycle.

Not let me down yet, and saved me a couple of times from completely missing it

Hi - I've used one for the first time this month and it's really easy. I went from low fertility one day and the next I had the three bars for two days - I didn't get much warning, but at least it works and you don't have to spend hous squinting at faint lines on the POAS deciding whether it's the right time. Well worth the money

Hi thanks for the reply, Im really hoping that this will work for me as im struggling to get a line on my cheapy opks off ebay that im using at the moment, The line im getting isnt as dark as the control line and im CD18 now. x
