Don't use OPK in morning???

Hi everyone Im confused. So I was reading about OPK's somewhere and apparantley you are not supposed to use them on a morning? I am day 17 in very irregular cycle and have been using them on a morning....so I might have already ov'd and haven't known.......... anyone know anything about this?! I thought yesterday might have been o but then test said not, but I used it in the morning! confused !!!!!

around 2pm and 10pm is the best time to test as the LH surge in your urine is more

Unlike the hgc hormone that indicates pregnancy, the lh hormone that indicates ovulation is normally at its highest around 2pm so ideally if you test in the afternoon and try and test at the same time every day. Hope this helps. Good luck

Thanks....hope I haven't missed it this month! don't know whether to just give up with the opk this month and start in next cycle, its just such a long time to wait as cycles been so long. Ah well, chin up everyone and lots of baby dust! x x x x

they sound very complicated to use and confuse a lot of people but a lot of people have said they conceived after usig them so pros and cons!

yes I suppose that's a good point! its just another thing to wait for every month isnt it?! but it will help to know when I ovulate as 40 something days is a long time to guess in! to everyone and good luck with these OPK's!

Ps I have realised that I think the CB one might be a waste of money.....am gonna just bulk buy the little sticks!
