What about soy isn't that ment 2 b the natural version of it ?sorry if I got that wrong

It is hon. There are some differences, but basically the same. I'm going to try soy, but I've got a gp appt in a few weeks to see if they will do bloods for me, so I'm going to wait til after then before trying it again.

Ladies I think af has arrived cd40 : ( makes sense because got positive opk 2 weeks ago. I hadn't been ovulating since coming off pill so started angus castus this cycle. Need to know what u think - does this look like I'm ovulating again? Disappointed at the af and just had a big cry but hubby said as least I've ovulated. But do u think I have? Hubby looked so sad coz he wants a baby so much feel like im faulty goods Xxx

Sorry I was going to put more but dinner turned up. Mixed starter and chicken tikka kulchan with fried rice n naan. Mmmmmmm but I'm soo stuffed now and gotta put my lil man to bed. Only an hour late or more

Yep I did 1 cycle of it almost 2 years ago, but was then referred to the fertility clinic so stopped it.

Oh god no idea. It varies every month. Last 3 months was cd 17-24-20 so when it blooming feels like it :/ bloody body. Will do an opk later see if any sign of a better line nothing as yet and I'm cd14. I always have 5 ish days of dark lines before a positive so still looking a week yet.

Gonna be here all by myself wahhhh. How's your opk Sarah you don't one yet today? Xxx

I've given up with my OPKs after yesterday's stupidity! I've got OV pain still and temp was still only 36.4 this morning. Maybe today! X come on little and Sarah's and your Lilmiss. X
