awh man its awful no sleep! I bet you cant wait for materity leave!!
PP - Thanks for letting me know about pregnacare going to take it with the omega3 I think just wanted to know other people are having it, did u take it with ur first lil one
AC I actually took the tesco version first time round because they were cheaper and basically the same thing. The first time I took them from before conception right up to breastfeeding. This time I took them before conception up to 3 months and sort of forgot to take them.
Then when I had my anxiety attacks, I read that lack of magnesium can trigger attacks because you can't deal with stress without it. So I'm being good now and taking them with my dinner!
I think you can get a pregnacare supplement with omega 3?? Or maybe I'm imagining it lol
yeh my anxiety is skyhigh maybe I need them too!! im taking the conception ones now just to get my body ready for trying. Yes you can get them with omega3 they not much more expensive I think. Dya take any omega 3 or do u eat the fish. There is so many warnings when u pregnant i think they do too much to our foods these days!!!!
Just had a look at the back of my volvic bottle theres 8.0mg of magnesium in that?! interesting!! Going to see doc tomor about trying for a baby, hopefully he can help me focus my mind. x
Well I had two hours last night and I've been back at work today. I managed ok at work but tomorrows an even longer day and I can't get off. I am soooooo tired but my head won't switch off!
Oh im struggling tonight, been lying in bed since 10.30 and have the worse heartburn which nothing is helping!
Not sure how I will cope at work in the morning as felt exhausted there today anyway!
XxX
I'm struggling to sleep. I'm balancing on 7 pillows cos my pelvis feels like it's going to shatter. Pure agony.
I've spent nearly 2 hours turning tryna find my comfort spot
I had terrible insomnia in my 3rd tri with my daughter. It went on for weeks & weeks! Back then I was seeing midwife & Dr alternately & I mentioned it to the Dr who prescribed me sleeping pills to get my body clock back into sync. I was sooo worn out I was finding it hard coping with my toddler, scared of dealing with labour & a then newborn being in the state i was. Luckily the pills done the trick. I didn't need to finish the prescription either. I wouldnt hesitate to see a Dr if it happens this time round.
x
Sounds like you had a good doc. I went to mine about having bad anxiety attacks and hadn't ate properly for weeks and think it might trigger depression etc and she couldn't give me anything to take without risks to baby
I have "kalms" here that are herbal and make you sleepy but need to ask the midwife first although there only is about 3 ingredients in them. You take them 3 times a day so don't to be sleepy all the time!
