Can I ask for a sweep?

Hi girls

I'm 38weeks and feeling awful, cramping at night, lost plug, uncomfortable and in general fed up!

Can i ask for a sweep?

no harm in asking! the worse they can say is no!

i think you can give yourself one - or get someone else to do it for you, but ive got no idea how!!

Why not give your midwife a call and see what she says? No harm in asking.
