I have a mothercare manual breast pump which is pants, to put it politely!

After Henry slept for nearly 6 hours without waking my boobs r so full and heavy and it's squirting him in the face. It doesn't help he has the sniffles at the mo so he isn't feeding as well as he normally is cos he can't breathe.

I'm gonna try to express what I have but my pump is useless.

Any recommendations on decent pumps that don't cost the earth?

I had the Avent manual one before I went with an electric one, and it's very good if you don't intend to pump large amounts.

ive got the tommee tippee manual n its ok for getting an oz or so. bought a medela electric one on ebay last night tho for 30 quid cos im lazy lol

I've got tommee tippee (came out focker tipped on my iPhone btw). Like Bev said its ok for an oz or 2 any more would take ages, used the avent one with Charlie and it's a lot better in my opinion.

I've got the TT electric one, ive had no probs with it, and it was cheaper than the medulla one. Xxx

Just picked up a medela mini electric off Facebook swopshop for £15! Bargain!!

I've got the Tommee Tippee electric one, it's really good. I paid £66 for it in Mothercare (was on sale)
