Braxton Hicks in lower back?

They don't seem to be as strong now, although I have had paracetamol and a hot water bottle on, but still coming pretty regular.

Its so weird, its making me feel really on edge because I don't know what's going on x

It was my own midwife that I rang.

She basically said that even if I was in early labour there's nothing they can or would do anyway so to just ride it out.

Hospital last night said that unless I get waters or bleeding or they become really painful then to just see how it goes.

Ahh this little boy is so naughty!

Ohh i spose yeah if u r in labour, until its like 5mins apart and lasting 1min they wouldnt let u go in anyway (thats my hosps rule) unless waters go obv.

FX the paracetamol keeps doing its job xxx
