boys name?

im having trouble on a boys name. and given i know its going to be a boy i think i should think about it.

i didnt think i'd have to name it as im having it adopted but it seems its better for the baby to have a name before its given away,
the only thing i really want is for it to have a name that can be shortened. for example christopter/ chris
so yes any ideas?

its a a shame its not a girl as i would want her to be called arabella or sophie

Oliver, which owuld be shortened to Ollie. I just adore that name and i'm having aboy too, but my partner really doesn't like it which sucks! he likes weird names like Chester and Keidis! what are they all about???!!leroy or leon shortened to lee, matthew to matt? jamie to jim. Any of them suitable? let me know!x

I like both Christopher and Oliver.

The OH doesn't seem to like Oliver though, ....... he never seems to come up with anything of his own though!
