blighted ovum

i had a blighted ovum in moevember and had to have a dc to remove it, a bnighted ivum is where the pregnancy sack grows and is normaly and helathy but the baby dies, every day i still punish my self for it and i dont know wheather i will ever get over it. i think this partly due to the sock as ive had three normal happy pregnancies before this and it was a big shock

I am so sorry to hear this. Please don't blame yourself. There is nothing you could do to avoid it . Don't be too hard on yourself. Believe me, you will feel numb forfew weeks and slowly come to terms with it

Dont blame yourself hun, ive had 4 healthy pregnancies then i had a late miscarriage, i still blame myself abit but deep down i know it wasnt my fault

There is no one you can blame for the loss you sufferd hun, and i guess that thats the hard part.
I found it would have been easier if i had reasons or someone to blame.
