Bleeding but baby is fine??

I started bleeding on Monday morning and ended up having an emergency scan. Baby was fine and measuring as it should at 12w 3d. The bleeding stopped by about lunch time and there was no more for the rest of the day.

Yesterday the same thing happened. Woke up bleeding and it stopped after a few hours. I wasn't too worried yesterday because I'd had the scan the day before, but now it's happened again this morning exactly the same, and I'm starting to feel uneasy about it.

It's so weird that it's just in the morning! Has anyone else had this?
