Birth Advice Help needed!

I had my first baby 3 years ago by emergency c section as my labour wasnt progressing and I got stuck at 9cm. I was in labour for ten hours before hand. I cant say I had a real bad time at all and the care i got was fab.
I am now 31 weeks pregnant with my 2nd and saw a consultant at 12 week scan where I told him i want to go natural so I will not see him again until 36 weeks on 14th April.
For the last few weeks I have been whittling about going natural and considering a c section, had a midwife appt today and found out baby is breech! if baby does turn what are my rights in requesting a c section so late on? My midwife has not once asked me about what birth I would like so would it be her I would need to tell?

I went for my vbac appointment a few weeks ago.
I was put to sleep for my emergency c section which I didn't realise till then it was actually rare.
She said straight away I have a choice so guessing you will too.
Maybe get in touch with hospital because my appointment was with hospital and my next appointment to go through stuff for c section is 34 weeks. She said I can change my mind right up to the day
