Bird Murder

I think I may be about to shoot a bird.

It's nearly half past midnight and this sodding bird is sitting outside our house warbling SO LOUDLY. It sounds like bloody Roger Whittaker.

What's that all about?! I thought birds were supposed to sing in the morning not in the middle of the night!

He's been at it now since Sunday and he's keeping me AWAKE!

Now...where's my potato gun?

What sort of noise was it making? it may have been an owl.

It was the cheeriest tweeting you've ever heard. But SOOOOoooo loud.
I LOVE birds but not at that time of night.
In the end, I put my slippers on and headed out in to the night like a mad woman until I found it.
It was a tiny little thing and when it saw me waddling towards it, it moved off to another tree further down the road to annoy the neighbours there!
Poor little thing. It's clearly slightly mental.

You need to find out what sort of birdie it is before taking a potato gun to it - if it's an endangered species you might get in big trouble. If it's not endangered - shoot away
