big dilemma, help please!

hi,
been doing IVF process and had my egg collection yesterday, we were aiming for blastocyst culture rather than day 2/3 transfer. We got 8 eggs and 6 are showing signs of fertilisation when we called just now. Is it still worth going for Blastocyst with 6 or not? Big decision to make and feelingn very very upset and stressed at moment. No idea who to ask or to tunr to. Can anyone help? Does anyone know the success rates of getting embryos to blastocyst?

Hi,
Every embryo is different so its very hard to say, when we did IVF we wanted to go blastocyst but i didnt have enough eggs and was advised not to leave it and have them put back, as they were healthy and still dividing. Only you both can decide, together with the specialists at your clinic/centre and it really is a hard decision after all you've been through already.
