Back ache?

Hi, I'm 5 weeks today and struggling with back ache. I had it a couple of days before I got my bfp and today it's back with a vengeance. It's bad enough for pain killers. I didn't have it with my first baby (until the third tri) so I'm concerned as I googled it and read miscarriage.
Anyone else suffered? X

I have been having back pain and hip pain for about a week now but I had a scan yesterday and all is well. I'm 6 weeks. I would try not to worry to much unless you start spotting. That's what the midwife told me xx
