I have just got a heap of Hipp baby jars, sweet and savoury to start introducing tastes to LO when she gets to 4 months.

having read the jars, you can only keep in the fridge for 24hrs!! so if I take out one spoonful of food then pretty much the whole jar will get wasted.

is there a way to keep it for longer? if not I wont be using them to introduce tastes I can tell you! what a waste

so how do you introduce tastes?

I bought Ella's kitchen pouches, you can keep in fridge for 48 hrs or open it and freeze within 24 hrs, so you can put separate portions in an ice cube tray and freeze xx

thats a brilliant idea. One cube size per day would be more than enough just now. She is nowhere near weaning yet

thanks!
