baby cough

I have noticed that Mia coughs several times a day (not constantly)and somtimes sounds chesty.
Her cough sounds dry tho.
I don't know weather to take her to the doctor or not, she was already on an antibiotic at 4 weeks old, and I dont want her on another one unless its really needed. I want her to build up an immunity.
She doesn't seem out of sorts, is this a common thing in babies?? She is 11 weeks old.
Would really appriciate any advise. Xxx

Sophie does this a bit and I've just put it down to a bit of hay fever?

I think it's just what babies do. Tyler does it sometimes and I think it's more about learning what their bodies can do.

There was a thread on here several months ago about "fake coughs". I found that Tom would cough when he was hungry and also it was just a new sound that he could make. That was around the 16 week mark. He's grown out of it now...
