Baby and toddler room sharing

Can anyone share some tips on successfully moving baby into toddler's bedroom? Our LO doesn't have any sort of sleep routine yet and cries when she wakes in the night so we're a bit apprehensive about her disturbing her big sister.

We moved ds2 at 13 months, he'd only just started sleeping through and still wakes up fairly regularly. DS1 just learnt to sleep through it. Sorry that's not hugely helpful
