ARGHHH flu and bronchitis in pregnancy

ANYBODY know anything i can do to soothe this sharp stabbing unbearable pain in my chest EVERYTIME i cough? i am coughing constantly i can't sleep i've had flu since thursday and this is like the evil twist at the end lol! it really is excrutiating pain xx

oh sorry Hun, poor you - I don't know, is there any thing that would help with the broncitus, like a chesty syrup or Kavornia ( is there anything you can take when pregnant) I would ask the paharmacist they could tell you...

have you been checked by your gp? if not get checked you might need antibiotics best thing i found for mine when i had it was steamy rooms t help loosen the rubbish on my lungs

Hey hun i did go drs in the end and was prescribed antibiotics, whilst i'm a lot better i'm still not 100%!! i've had this for 10 days what a pain int' butt! x

I had swine flu @ about 10-13 weeks. Apart from the usual paracetamol (useless!) My GP said I could take Co-codomol if I really couldn't cope withthe pain. She did say not to take it all day every day as it is addictive but I just took it before bed and it really helped me sleep.
Co-codomol isn't for everybody though, some people say it makes them be sick or feel drunk. I loved the stuff personally!!
