Ive just booked my early private scan! Its in three weeks time on 31st August, when I'll be about 8+4. So I have midwife on 23rd August, private scan 31st August and 12 week scan on 25th September. Wish it was here now! xx

Been wakened during the night with a sore throat again and now have white spots on my tonsils phoned NHS24 in case I need antibiotics and just waiting on them calling me back which they said can be up to 3hours!!!

May I join the April club please. My EDD is 11th April. Got my BFP on 30th July.
I'm back on the forum after losing a baby at 17 weeks last year due to a partial molar pregnancy. I am hoping for a 6 week scan to confirm everything is going OK.

May I ask - does anyone else feel really fat????
I'm only 5w1d - yet I feel huge and I've gained 2 kilos. Last pregnancy I lost weight due to morning sickness and stopping the pinot grigio so this is weird.

Welcome!! So sorry to hear about your loss hope this pregnancy is more stress free for you. And yeh I feel huge too. I am so bloated and pretty sure I've gained weight although too scared to get on the scales!!! I had a mc recently at about 9 weeks and think I gained then too but didn't have time to lose anything before catching again, so that can't have helped!
Ah well, perhaps the sickness will set in soon!! Xxx

Got sent to out of hours GP to be told its viral but if it gets worse then to go and see my own GP during the week! It certainly doesn't feel viral, my right tonsil is huge and covered in white spots which he said was dead skin cells! Waste of bloody time

Morning sickness is horrible today. OH is working today so wallowing on my own. Feel so icky and lethargic, he doesn't really get it, I think he thinks I'm lazy! I could be being over sensitive...

I don't feel tiny some days lol! I was emailing my Rosemary Conley instructor the other day as I wanted to know where I can find the balance between eating sensibly without the intention of losing weight. She said that from the books, its perfectly healthy to only put on 1lb a month! Would love to only put on less than a stone throughout the pregnancy!

I've been having some dull but sharp pains poking type pains that go on and off this morning, a bit low down but on my right side, where I think my ovaries are. They're not super painful but just niggles a bit. Anyone else had this? xx

Purple iv had cramp on and off since I found out I was pregnant and everyone says it's normal and just the little one snuggling in.
