Definitely! I woke up in such a shit mood. I'm not at my due date yet. Getting induced on wednesday but was desperate to give my body a chance to go naturally. The sweep didn't work!
I went 9 days over with my daughter and it was horrible. Yesterday's contractions started the same way they did with her when I went into labour so I thought my luck was in! Aarrrrr!!!

Omg get out!! Get out of me now!! Baby is currently stretching right out feels like it's going to break me from the inside !!!! Wahhhhhhh I've had enough. My hips and pelvis are so much pain when I move or walk. And I can't even sit & watch tv without feeling uncomfy.
I lost my plug this morning and going to the MW Tom where she will give me a sweep. Fingers crossed it helps things along!!
I'm so bloody grumpy too- had what feels like 100s of texts & messages from people asking whether there is any news or sign of baby yet!! And also had to face everyone on the school run grrrr!!
And breathe....

feeling your frustration...I'm pretty sure baby's just chilling in there like, mmm nahh not yet.
So uncomfortable, and I must be the most impatient person, the waiting and uncertainty is driving me mad!
walked a bit further today, and cleaned the house, still doing my bopping up and down whilst I do my hair and make up.
Midwife appointment tomorrow but really doubting her booking me in for anything yet grrr Xx

Hi girls! Ruth I know what you mean Hun it has started here to "have you had this baby yet?", "you must be ready now!" Etc etc as if it's going to magically induce labour !

I had some discomfort and feeling generally off yesterday but nothing that built to anything humpf! I have so much discharge it is ridiculous so I guess that is my plug gradually going - it's making me want to permanently sit in the bath

Blueberry the MW should talk you through the options today for the next week or so each trust has its own rules but here they won't let you go more than 10 days overdue so I am expecting to either have or bs booked in for a sweep this weeks appointment or next week if I don't go on my own before! All we can do is keep active and try and be positive that our babies will be with us certainly in the next week and a half which normally wouldn't be long

Still nothing after my body tricked me here. Managed to have a lovely nights sleep though. I've got just today for my body to go naturally or I'm being induced tomorrow. Really wish I could be bothered to do stuff to (possibly) help but I've thrown in the towel now. That's it. Guna sit on my arse all day, drinking tea, eating crap and take it easy. Last day of peace and quiet for me!

leaking a tiny bit from breast..seems like colostrum. I was reallly shocked for some reason, ha was like omg this is happening!
Anything or nothing? hope it means he's coming soon, although I'm guessing it's normal in late trimester three? Xx

Sorry I've been leaking for weeks and my boobs suddenly looked really full a couple of weeks ago but still nothing. Enjoy your last day of relaxing flick before the induction tomorrow- I hope you do go naturally before! Lovely bumps ladies xx ps had 2 texts already ffs!! They are going to send me into labour with high BP if they carry on!!

I have only had a tiny bit of leaking this time but my boobs feel full - I am feeling quiet excited about it all today funny how you can swing from a ranting, crying, irritable pregnant lady to a calm serene expectant mummy bloody hormones xx

Hope you girls are ok Also girls that are already leaking... Maybe save the milk, if you can, I had so much trouble getting it going and even now I barely make enough to feed him.

We got him up to 5.9 and a half lbs so now he almost weighs as much as a newborn would Hoping he'll catch up in growth by the time he was supposed to be born. Getting well fed up with people pointing out how tiny he is...

So been to MW- everything fine with baby, measuring 41.5cm!! Cervix coming round but to the right so she couldn't do a sweep. It has thinned since I went to hospital on Saturday tho. Booked me in for induction on 21st- very hopeful I don't get to that date!! She did advise sex tho so I might have to try it- should be a laugh if nothing else!!

saw the midwife this afternoon too, says she could perfectly feel that baby has his hand against his face, pretty cosy in there. he's been like that since the beginning so I'm guessing I'll be attempting to deliver a head and an arm together argh!
she gave me an appointment for next week if I need it, and then I'll have a sweep! hospital tomorrow for a scan but apparently they'll give me an induction date for if I need it too.
Hopefully happen before both of these dates though by myself! usual cheeky monkey self kicking the Doppler off my tummy, happy he's happy and relived they'll be some end dates in sight! Xx

Mw today as well for me today. Baby is almost fully engaged. Loads of quite painful tightenings as well today. She said to make sure everything was packed and ready. She said she could offer me a sweep after 40 weeks but I've declined as I'm declining all intervention as long as it's safe to do so! God I hope he comes soon. 38+4 today!

I have finally finished work!!! 37+5 today - typically I keep getting tightenings and baby is really pushing down!
I want to rest and enjoy some maternity leave lol
Think it's just my body relaxing finally and not the start of anything!

Hi! Well there has been a change here I can't put my finger on it I just feel like things might be closer than I thought. I had a few regular strong contractions last night at bedtime I slept ok then as soon as I woke this morning they have started again, I have backache and the discomfort is running down my thighs as well. It's nothing I can't manage at the moment but will keep an eye as the day goes on - hubby is on standby in case he needs to come home from work. I think my dd1 knows something is changing as she keeps rubbing my tummy and giving me hugs! I hope this is positive and not just a cruel trick!! xx
