Ouch!! What do you do to relieve the pain? Xx
Yeah I took paracetamol and had a bath yesterday when it was really bad - it did ease it up a bit. Unfortunately I work in a busy cafe kictchen so Im on my feet for about 8 or 9 hours a day! I do sneak a little sit down when I can though. xx
I think its 13 weeks. But some apps and websites say different. Im 10+5 today. Feeling exhausted, emotional and nauseous now and again. Starting to worry as symptoms seem to be dying down a bit. Although it could be normal i cant help but worry especially as i havent had a scan yet. 11 days until my 12 week scan and it cant come any sooner!
I have my early scan tomorrow. I am equal parts super excited and anxious. That's normal right?!
8 weeks night owl. I just decided to pay to get one because I'm so impatient! I don't even have my booking appointment until the 11th week so God only knows when my nhs scan will be!

Time is definitely going very slow this month
Managed to get in to the gym yesterday and it felt really good to get back into my old routine, although today I just cba which is also quite normal.
ahhh nightowl you are definitely feeling the sickness more than most of us have you tried eating some ginger biscuits? I bought some but have barely touched them as I don't particularly like them anyway, so crackers are seeing off my sickness temporarily.
Also I have no appetite at all? As in, I could literally not eat and be fine with it, which is unlike me as I love my food - is anyone else like that?x

Ive had 2 episodes of vomiting already today
I have to be up at the crack of dawn tomorrow to drive from Liverpool to Manchester for a meeting which is going to last all day Ive a feeling Im going to turn up looking like the walking dead then run off to be sick at some crucial moment, dreading it, will need to take a plastic bag with me in the car
I am actually starting to consider just eating a knob of ginger IVW just out of desperation
Ive completely lost my appetite, the idea of most foods makes me heave, Im hoping Im
at the peak of it now or baby is just having a big growth spurt as Ive been getting lots of cramps and niggles last few days too
Youre doing so well to be getting to the gym IVW Im definitely hoping to do something active in second tri x

Oh god its must be awful
All day meetings are THE worst at the best of times never mind when you are feeling as rough as you do. Just make sure you get the chair nearest the door for that quick escape hopefully you will be fine though and the meeting will be sooo interesting that it takes your mind off of how bad you are actually feeling, heres hoping
It sounds like you are in the same boat as my sister with regards to the way you are feeling, she said it was awful and the whole normality of life just went out the window
My sister did say the second trimester does get better x
Oh I hope you feel better soon night owl.
I know my booking appointment is very late but its just the way it worked out. They only do it on a Monday and the week before is the September weekend, so they are closed! I've had a ten minute appointment with the midwife this week, and she was happy with how things were going, and she knows about the scan tomorrow. So maybe she's taking a more relaxed approach because of that.
Sorry if tmi.. but is anyone else experiencing small pimples around their nipples? Is it normal?
