Hi cossie when i had my scan at 6+4 weeks they detected heart from external scan so didnt need internal. They suggested full bladder for external. If they can see heartbeat on external they should ask you to empty your bladder and then carry out internal. Defo ask for photos x

Last pregnancy I had internal at 8 weeks and got a great image.

I have had to ring the gynae emergency unit this evening and rebook my scan as I'm so anxious and the spotting has returned. They are fitting me in at 10am tomorrow so we will find out whether or not we have a baby or not x

Can I cautiously creep in here, got a lovely surprise on Friday and think I'll be due around the 30th of April.

Cossie I can't believe we're going through this crazy journey at the same time again!

I'm sure all will be absolutely fine for all of us but good god I'm nervous today. I feel more sick than I ever have and I know it's a combination of MS and nerves. About an hour to go and I'm having to explain to my 2 yr old that mummy has a poorly tummy and he needs to be careful!
