Thanks ladies. Well that was pointless. He said what's done is done with regards to the procedure and scalded me for saying I wasn't pregnant when the consultant asked. I already feel dreadful, but never in a million years did I think I would be pregnant! He said to keep an eye on the spotting with no explanation what that means! And to do another test in a few days! Feel like crying, wish I hadn't gone now. On the positive side the blood isn't bright red so keeping everything crossed.

Thats terrible. What an absolute idiot! Try and stay positive my lovely. Like you say, at least its not bright red or youre having terrible cramps. Maybe you should ring the early pregnancy unit like cossie says . They may offer you a scan for reassurance. Xx

With DS I was testing right up to my 12 weeks scan. It was a bit silly really as I ended up panicking myself because apparently HCG levels drop around 11-12 weeks and the line isn't quite as dark. And when my lines were coming out faint I started to worry. But right up until that point they were really strong so it kept me going! Thank heavens for home bargains!

I didn't complain as I don't like dealing with things like that. I should have. I was just so shocked.

Did ask if I could be pregnant before procedure. I said no. Hence the guilt trip. Will see how I get on over the next few days. Will do another test on Saturday. Should the line be darker?

Booking in for a private scan at 8 weeks. Can't wait until 12!

The line will gradually get darker every couple of days as hcg increases significantly over first few weeks. Glad you have booked a private scan. Its worth it for the reassurance x

LOL! what you like! At least you wont worry this time if they start to fade around 11/12 weeks! Home bargains.....dont you just love it!

I'm spending so much time over in the 'am I pregnant' forum looking for line spotter threads! I'm seriously considering popping to home bargains tomorrow to pick up another box or 3 as I'm out now. Already done approx 20 tests so far this pregnancy!!

Ha ha. It is quite satisfying when you spot a line! I normally get mine from savers but will try home bargains. Think I can get through a few packs before my private scan. Although that line is pretty dark so doubt it can get darker.

Haha I love a test.ive started a new Instagram page dedicated to my poas addiction haha. Today I am happy I got my 3+ even though my boobs aren't as sore and they were bad or am I getting used to it now. Felt quite nauseous a lot of the day though x
