Anyone tried Agnus Castus?

If anyone has tried this could you answer this for me please?

How long after you tried it did your AF return / regulate your cycles

Hi

I have always had irregular periods and i tried it last month. I ovulated after about a week of taking it, i was on day 103 by that point and starting to get really fed up. I have read that it can take up to 3 months to start working though. I haven't taken it again though as we are starting IVF and i've heard that it can interfer with the drugs used. However i have ovulated on day 27 this month, which is a miracle for me so i dont know if this has anything to do with the agnus castus. I took the holland and barratt 400mg capsules, 2 twice a day 1600mg in total.

Good luck to you too with the agnus castus. I think it has worked for quite a lot of people on here as well.
