Anyone else using cb advanced opk's this month?

Oh yeh I remember u saying that! I think I'm just going to go with the flow- use the rest of the tests I've got until I either get a solid smiley or come on or run out. I think I'm due af around 25th- 30th but fingers crossed we catch it this month and suzys prediction is correct. I don't think ill be using this again- alot of money and also it's put more pressure on us! X

Well I had another blank circle today! I just didn't know when to start testing. Ah well, I've got 8 tests left!

Just been to dentist...so pleased I could get in as I do have a slight infection. I'm in so much pain with my jaw, ear and when I swallow! So I've been given 7 days of 250mg of amoxicillin, I'm hoping this doesn't affect conceiving, but you really can't just let an infection go on so I'm taking them! Starting to feeling really sick so I'll try to get 3 tablets in today!

I got my first flashing smiley last Monday and thought I would get a flashing smiley for a couple of days then a solid smiley..... But still getting the flashing smileys 8 days late so be prepared to get alot of smileys before you get a solid. Personally I don't know if I would recommend them to anyone as after hearing about the other girls it turns out they ovulated with a flashy rather than a solid smiley... So I may have well ovulated :/ but I hope it's different for you and you get a solid soon . It was lovely seeing the flashy to begin with but now it's frustrating! X

Thanks jade I hope the antibiotics help hun. Yeh iv heard a few mixed reports about these digital advanced. However I used the normal digital tests for 10 months before I got my first smiley face so im chuffed iv just got a face of some to show my change in hormone levels. Hehe im just so relieved hun but thanks for tge warning as I imagine il get stressed if im not getting that solid face. Hubby is off on holiday this week so im kinda taking that as a sign that im getting positive opk tests on the one week he is off! Or am I just being mental!?!

Now I'm really confussed! Just started spotting- brown and red..... Think af might be on its way as this normally happens- but I had a flashing smiley on my test this morning!!! Does it pick up hormones leading up to af? X

I don't know, I've always stopped using them after I got the solid smilie and my temps confirmed ov. How confusing for you x

I know I never got the solid so presumed I don't ovulate. Obviously I did x

But do the flashing smileys not detect a rise in your hormone that shows just before ovulation? When I used the other CB tests I used them twice a day - FMU and just before bed. I found that if I got a positive in the morning it was gone by the night time test and vice versa if I got it at night time. Could you have ovulated and its just been quick? I am prepared for that to happen to me only as I know its previously happened.

I used to use clearblue ov tests and used to test in evening and i used to get a smiley in the eve but gone by th morning- the new advanced ones are to be used in the mornings which I've been doing but I've been getting flashing smileys which you get just before ur due to get solid smiley before you ovulate, but I've been getting the flashing ones as I mentioned before but now I've got spotting even tho I've had a flashing smiley this morning :/ x

Morning im so excited, just got my second flashing smiley! iv never gotten anything this early before. Im now cd 13 so im wondering if I could've been too late in my testing some months previously. Having said that iv always tested from day 10 so god knows!

Well I feel very sick with this infection.

And a third blank circle for me today on hubbys birthday. Want to see a face a waste of three tests, well not a waste but you know what I mean! I've randomly out on 3 pounds in a few days and I've noticed this around time of cm so hopefully I'll have some soon

Yay mrs nel! I got my 4th blank face it might be a good thing as hubby is away until tomorrow night. I'm presuming I ovulate late as It's cd14 xx

Been off the pill 2 and half years! So would have thought my body would have sorted itself out by now :/. But it's only been 7 weeks this cycle- last year I was lucky if I had 3 periods a year so they're getting better x
