Any skiiers

Can anybody recommend a good ski resort which meet the following
requirements:

1, Childcare availability for a 17month old providing half day sessions.
2, Something to else to do other than skiing as we want to spend the
afternoons with our daughter rather than skiing
3, Short transfer times.
4, Self catering apartments available to hire.
5, Not Bulgaria (only reason being is my parents are buying an apartment in
bulgaria which will be using 2009 season)
6, Reasonable skiing for intermediates but we will only be doing half days
so doesn't need to be as large as we would have liked in previous years.

Even better can you recommend particular apartments, we are after a 2 room
apartment for the 3 of us. Particuarly would like to have a microwave
available in the kitchen and the option to hire a cot.

Hi hun - dont know of anywhere exactly but we took alex (and the whole family inc 5 kids of varying ages) to Kutai in Austria and stayed in an all inc hotel that was really child friendy, pretty sure there was a creche available in the village but there were enough of us to . it was called the Astoria. lovely runs for all skills. hotel had a pool too. maybe other places in that resort that do apartments etc. other than that we have been to Levi in Finnish Lapland (before alex came along!) and there are loads of other things to do there like Santaland - reindeer and huski sled rides. would recommend it for runs too
