Any know of a really good pregnancy book?

Do any of you know of or would recommend a good pregnancy book that covers a wide range of topics from what you should and shouldn't eat to what to expect from your body?

The Pregnancy Bible is huge and full of stuff. I thought it was pretty expensive but I've just checked amazon and it's half price!

I love that it's got a picture of the baby inside the womb for every week.

Also, check out Jools Oliver (Jamie's wife) book. I think it's called Minus 9 to 1.
I got it for Christmas and it's fab! It's about her experiences from ttc baby no1 to having her 2nd child.
It's very funny, and i definitely releated to it. I kept reading out the funny passages to DH!

Also, another book i'm looking at buying is The Pregnancy Question and Answer book, apparently that's quite helpful too.

the blokes guide to pregnancy is really good, funny and puts everything into lads humour...i checked it first and it does encourage them to do all those things that will help!
