Another Nipple query!

Hi sorry but i have a question about nipples lol

Since iv been pregnant my nipples keep getting bigger now i have never had big nipples so many this is y i think they are hugh!! lol

But i just want to know if any ones knows if they go back to your normal size once youve had the baby! I really want my old ones back!

Any advice would be great and sorry for changing the question slightly

Talking of nipples - I've started to leak slighty when I'm in bed I'm only 23 weeks - what is going on!!!!!!!!
