well, yesterday she did nothing but sleep, she did this the other day, slept all morning, awake all aft and evening until 10pm then had a good night, but oh no...not yesterday...she literally slept all day, didnt even have a witching hour so i knew i was in for a bad night! she had a feed at 9:30pm, i went up tp bed with her at 11:40pm, she woke for her first feed at 01:10am which was good, but then get this...she woke at 02:53am, 03:53am, 04:56am but i shoved the dummy in and she settled until 04:58am hahaaaa so not long, 05:30am so i just thought foooook it and got up, put her in her swing and got my head down on the settee and shes just woken now for a feed at 07:30am although shes took an oz and thats it! seriously gonna think of ways (nice ways) to keep her awake this aft lol bloody hell, was hoping for 4 nights in a row pfffft!!

Lexi was hit and miss yesterday she slept, but only for half hour stints and she also spent time awake! By 5:30pm she was wide awake watching total wipeout with me and elise, she seemed to love it she was right into the x-factor too she finally went to sleep around 10:45pm i went up to bed with her at 11:30pm and she didnt wake for her first feed while 02:40am so she went 4 hours (shame she couldnt have had a feed at 1am then wake at 5am haha) she then went crap and woke at 03:40am and then after feeding for all of 5mins and dropping back off to sleep she woke again at 04;00am after this better feed she went until 06:10am thank God, i was cream crackered!! gonna deffo get some sleep in this aft, OH is back at work tmorro after being off sick for 3 weeks so there will be no afternoon kips for me then, well not until Elise is back at school anyway!

Going down to the brothers today, kids in tow to watch our team play their first game of the season, hopefully the noise will keep Elexis awake although that kid can sleep through anything lol! see if we can have a good night tonight, fingers crossed!

Elexis had fun at her uncle Carls yesterday for the footy, she had lots of cuddles from all the family and enjoyed laying on one of their humongus cushions, got lots of smiles from her
She spent yesterday mostly awake although she did get a few big naps in here and there, which brings us to the night...took her up to bed at 10:15pm as i was knackered, she was awake, so i was hoping to feed her and her be a good baby for tired mummy and go to sleep, which she did...she next woke at 12:35am which wasnt too bad i suppose, at least it wasnt hourly! Next feed was 03;00am and then she woke again at 03:30am for a nappy changes as she had done a nice poop for me, bit more bottle, back down and woke at 05;00am, she next woke at 06:20am so i stuck her in bed with me for five as my eyes were heavy and she usually sleeps well in my bed...but she didnt, she was constantly rubbing her face, trying to eat her hands, so i gave her a bottle but she didnt take much and was just mainly chewing the teat...so we have come down stairs...to missus been moody, not wanting a bottle or mummy cuddles...after she got really whingy on the verge of a scream-a-thon i stuck her on the sofa and shes happily babbling away to her self smiling and drifting off now and again...so i guess thats where she will stay for now if shes happy

OH is back at work today! hope it goes well for him, his anxiety is really bad and work seems to make it worse! Just hope the new tablets have kicked in properly for him! So on that note me and the girls are having a lazy one as i have the docs for my lovely smear tomorrow and then i'm back there Wednesday for Elexis's jabs!

What a freaking night! So just gonna go back a little here, got another prescription for colief last Tuesday, OH took it to the pharmacy Friday...they didnt have any in, luckily i still had some but not much so i was a bit peeved that OH just didnt say "well i'll go to another pharmacy then" as i do! Anyway, Sunday, the colief was running very low, managed the first 2 bottles of the night with it in, second two without :/
When we first got up early yesterday morning Lexi just slept but as the morning wore on, she began screaming, would be fast on then would just start screaming, so i rung the pharmacy to see if they had the colief yet and they had one bottle of it so i called for that one at least!
Anyway, after a couple of bottles with colief missus seemed to calm a little, she was still quite grumpy and slept loads, up until the aft, she spent more time awake then! Got to the evening, she was constantly fighting the bottle, i did everything a mum does when a baby cries and whinges but nothing worked! We decided to have an early night last night so we all went up to bed at 9pm, got up stairs and missus thrust a poo out and it flaming well stunk! changed her nappy, her poo was green so i thought maybe she had been whingy as she had trapped wind or something! Anyway she fell to sleep at 09:50pm and woke to be fed at 10:25pm she would not settle after this feed, i put her in her moses basket, she whinged, she wouldnt take any more bottle, and after reading about co-sleeping in another thread and how some babies slept better in their mums bed i thought i'd give it ago, but no, she laid there kicking her legs, moaning, wriggling about, so i dunked her in her moses basket where she seemed happier but still awake! I was getting really drained emotionally, possibly more so because i was sooooo tired and just wanted sleep, i was continuously picking her up and trying the bottle just for her to go red faced and whinge Managed to get her to sleep at 11:28pm, by 11:32pm she was awake...AGAIN i thought we were going to have an awful night with her and my heart sank at that prospect as i just needed sleep! She dozed back off after some bottle at 11:45pm and woke at 12;05am grrrr, she took a nice amount of feed though this time with no whinging or anything and went back down in her moses basket fine! She next woke at 03:15am and then 05:10am so after the midnight feed she didnt do too badly at all! i put her in our bed after the 5am feed and she is currently still fast asleep and its 7:30am although at 7am i brought her down and put her in her swing, she didnt make a muff when i moved her bless!

Mums coming to watch the kids this morning while i go for mi flange looking at aka smear! Lexi has never been without me or her dad so should be interesting to see how we get on hehe! I think she will be perfectly fine though!

Sorry to hear you had a bad night hun x i got peace of some sort as Elliott was at nana.s but ended up on sofa as james slept in bed for once i couldn't settle with him there and the fan on.

Really can't stress about the milk i changed to hun swear Elliott is a million times better on it think SMA is doomed now. Hope you find something that soothes her x

might give it until shes 12wk and if shes still awful on sma then change over! shes ok so long as she has the colief in it but the hv was saying that she can come off the colief soon, pfft dont think so after yesterdays shinnanigans lol!

Went for my fecking smear as well just to be told Elexis needs to be 12weeks old before i can have one done wasted trip indeed and gotta go all the way back there tomorrow for Lexi's first lot of jabs! Just fecking fabby! Could of told me this when i rung to make the appointment

I am fuming!!! Dont know if i'm right to be fuming or whether its god damn tiredness making me so upset and angry or what...so heres why...

OH's sister has written on his wall on facebook saying they are coming up from London 1st September, they are going to the dog racing and wanted to know if he fancied coming, and to ask carl and jade (my brother and his partner) no friggin invite for me na feck all...which is why i am friggin nobbed off as i am sick and tired of people not inviting me places because i have kids, they automatically assume that i wont or cant go as i have to look after the kids and that really pisses me off especially now as i havent had a night out in over a year and if anything i think i'm entitled to one!!!!

The same thing happened when i was pregnant, didnt get invited places and again, probably because they thought because i'm pregnant and not drinking alcohol, cant get rat arsed with the best of em that i wouldnt wanna go! So flaming annoyed! Well OH aint fricken going either...we cant afford it, or thats what i'm telling him and if he replies saying that he's going and doesnt give two hoots about me then fireworks will commence because i am not feeling like shit because people dont think!!

Sorry about the rant...just had to get it out!

Yeah i have had drama tonight Leo smashed a glass and cut his feet a little when i left him for a few minutes to sort out washing. Felt so guilty for leaving the glass where he could reach it. Just lucky Elliott was fine as he broke it near him as i popped him on his mat non floor for safety. Just feel like a bad mother at the moment. Made sure he was fine and moved glass and that. Just shakes you up when they do things like that x

aww accidents happen hun so dont feel like a bad mum, i bumped Lexi's head the other week getting her out of her swing and then knocked it by accident again last week on the laptop while i was getting her in position to wind her! You do feel like shite when things like that happen but they happen!

Elexis has started enjoying being held more to go to sleep too the little monkey!

She was a git last night too, she fell to sleep at 09:50pm so i went up to bed at 10;05pm she woke at 10:35pm for a feed and then was a little poo head, fell asleep in my arms so i would pop her down, 5 minutes later she would be eating her hand she was like this until 11:15pm she still seemed quite restless in her sleep but stayed asleep until 2am when she woke for a feed next wake up time was 04:35am and she probably would still be asleep now if we didnt have to get up with OH to go to the cash machine!

Got Lexi some calpol in for after her jabs in case she gets a little feverish etc! Really dreading taking her for em bless her, i remember Elise having hers like it was yesterday gotta be done though i guess!!

Oh my days, today was awful! jab day missus was really alert and awake in the doctors waiting room, we got called through, had a little chat, i was so nervous, then she began...right leg first, stuck the needle in and within seconds my poor princess was screaming, a scream that i havent heard from her before, it was heart breaking, Elise covered her ears as the cry was upsetting her, with the first jab lexi held her breath for what seemed like an eternity, i had to blow in her face to make her take in air! next was the left leg, i was dreading it even more by now as missus was starting to calm down, it went in and my poor babba screamed again, i could of cried. she sobbed and screamed out for a good 15 minutes, when there was a break in her crying i gave her a bottle which soothed her and sent her to sleep. She was ok up until an hour and half since when she just cried for a good half hour, finally got her to sleep now feel so awful for her, rung mum and told her sshe will have to take her for the next lot, then realized mum will be at work so cant, boo hoo, i have to go through it all over again

Didnt know what to expect sleep wise last night with missus having her jabs, after half hour of screaming and crying she finally took a bottle and fell to sleep on me around 8pm she woke for a feed around 09:30pm and was asleep for 09:50pm so we went up to bed at 10:20pm. She woke for her first feed at 12;05am which was fab, i expected her waking before then next feed was 03;00am again super good for Elexis, but then it was 03:50am and then she woke again at 04;05am but i didnt feed her i tried her in my bed first to see if she would drop back off which she did for all of 10 minutes then was whinging and eating her fist so another feed it was! She next woke at 05:40am for another feed and then was wide awake so we ventured downstairs where she is currently laid on the sofa drifting in and out of sleep! For some reason she manages 2 decent gaps before feeds at night and after the 2nd decent gap it all goes a bit pete tong haha! I'm sure we will get there eventually, i'm just glad she slept at all as she did spend a lot of time asleep yesterday so i didnt expect to be getting much kip last night but hey ho, she surprised me bless
