And then there were 2 :)

I would try the Hungary baby blue milk hun as there is too much iron in the follow on milk for newborns hence why its for after six months x wow she is growing fast x see did tell you is looked slimmer in her face x

Yeah think thats the one i'm gonna change her onto!

HV just rung back too, after shes jotted down todays weight on her chart she has noticed she has jumped another centile so she has spoken to her superior and they have advised that Lexi gets referred to the paediatrician just to make sure all is well and to rule certain things out as her weight gain is quite rapid! Should receive a letter giving us an appointment soonish! We have another appointment for weighing in November so she said if the app hasnt come through by then she will chase it up! Oh dear, my little chubby moo, seems ok to me bless :')

xx

I wouldn't have thought comfort milk is something she needs! Xanthe had comfort milk but she was really suffering with colic and not filling her nappy so it worked wonders, she's on sma gold now though as colic cleared up etc.

Good luck for the paediatrician :) xx

thats what i mean, comfort milk is more for colic and constipation, if she was wanting her to go longer between feeds i would of thought it would of been hungry baby formula she needed to be on! Well i'm gonna put her on that anyway seen as though the stage 2 milk is a heavier milk, if i put her back onto stage 2 theres a chance shes gonna be hungrier! Bloody hv!!

And thanks hun, i hope it goes ok too, mum has just informed me that my gran did start with thyroid probs from a very early age so although it doesnt run in the family as such, grans isnt caused by old age like i first thought! Hope its not that!

xx

Swear by the Hungary milk hun it helped Leo also he liked the taste better than the gold x

Luckily shes not my usual one thank God! Aww how come you had a rubbish day hun? Things have gotta start looking up for us soon hey hun, cant be rubbish forever :hugs:

xx

Well my little moo had a ratty one again last night, chewing like mad on her fists, its deffo teething, shes so grouchy with it bless her! I gave her some calpol and by 8:30pm she was fast on! Agin i was a part timer and took us up to bed at 9:30pm (gotta get extra sleep in for staying up late saturday  hehe) she woke for a feed at 11:30pm, i think she may have goe a tad longer but when i looked at her on the monitor when she was stirring she had managed to get herself sideways in the cot and i couldnt see her head  so had to make sure it wasnt under the blanket or anything, luckily it wasnt! She then woke again at 2:40am and then 4:40am before finally waking at 6:30am, she would of probably gone straight back down after that feed but i'm taking her with me today while Jamie sorts out this crisis loan so i needed her up!

Hope we get somewhere with that crisis loan today, we have a tenner left, enough food for a week and the rents covered this week, but i have half a tin of baby milk left and were gonna need to put some electric on either today or tomorrow at the latest! Cant wait until this whole sorry mess is sorted, my girls need kitting out in winter clothes, we got halloween coming up adn Elise needs an outfit for that, bloody Christmas is fast approaching and i havent even made a start, need a windfall asap lol.

xx

Hi Hun. I have a tin of SMA gold. It's unopened and I'm not gonna use it cos Meri is on a different formula now. Not sure it its any good to you but can post it to you if you like? I'd rather you have it than it go to waste!!!

aww thanks hun but i'm gonna be putting her onto hungry baby formula a few people have said that because shes on stage 2 which is a heavier formula she might be more hungry if i put her back onto stage 1 and hungry baby is a heavy formula like stage 2 so i think thats my best bet! Thanks anyway hun, i'm the same, i have a tin here although its been opened so really needs to be thrown now grrr, waste of £9 lol xx

Yea thought it was the wrong type but thought it was worth asking!

Aww yeah, thanks for thinking of me anyway hun :) xx

Are you commencing with the Hungary milk now hun x

Ahh never thought of that, i'll look into it at some point today! Got a busy one! lol xx

Grrrr...why cant Lexi just have good nights ALL the time! We had a shitty one last night, i was so tired, had actually forgotten what it was like to get up so often! We had been out all morning in town with my friend and missus did sleep the majority of the time, when i got him at 11:45am she was asleep and she didnt wake up while just after 2pm! So again, routine seems to be the cause of a god awful night!

She fell asleep at 8:40pm we went up to bed at 9:30pm and she was stirring as i put her down so i gave her a bottle to top her up to keep her going for a few hours! She barely took an oz before she was out for the count, she woke up at 11:30pm, 2am, 3am, 4:30am and 6:30am :wall: and we have done so well for several nights now :( boo hoo! Hope she sleeps better tonight!

Off for a crazy mooch up to my dads today, its about a half hour trek but its all hills i'm gonna be cream crackered, my mates tagging along so at least i'll have company

OH's ringing the crisis loan ppl today to apply for one for the week, were gonna need a fair bit, 2 tubs of milk, 2 packs of nappies to start with, gas, electric, food for us, we havent paid council tax this month so dont know whether they would help with that! The joys...so fingers crossed!!!!

xx

We got given about 80 hun for a week don't know if that's enough for you x i am sure once she is on the right milk Hungary one she will sleep better for you. The follow on milk isn't filling like you think. Else they wouldn't eat their food its thinner and provided for more of a drink to co with weaning x

Sorry you had such a disturbed night again! In Lancaster the limit for salary to pay council tax is £15000 a year and so when you claim for income support or jsa there should be a box to tick to say you would like to apply for it. So hopefully that bill can be taken off your shoulders any day now.

Good luck with the loans and i hope you get something more stable though soon.
and Lexi starts to sleep a bit longer between feeds !
x Daisy

Thanks ladies, they have given us £200 to last us while 18th October, its better than a kick in the teeth and dad said he would help if i needed him to and also my mates said she would so at least we have people to fall back on in case its not enough, should be ok if we budget it well!

And yes Daisy, hopefully the bill will be paid for us fingers crossed, would be such a huge help atm! Dont think Lexi will sleep well again tonight as shes been asleep most of the day only waking for a feed, been walking from 8:30am until 1:30pm i ache in places i never thought possible haha!!

xx
