I can't watch it! I've been doing hypnobirthing and it tells of all the scare stories making most women scared and not relaxing in labour. I've watched positive/hypno waterbirths on you tube and I'm sticking with those! One women literally made no noise at ALL! The baby just slipped out in total silence, I couldn't believe it!
