July 12th I started having diarrhea which lasted till Friday 15th (2nd week of the pill pack). I am sexually active and currently on the combined pill and always took it on time. We had intercourse and did not use extra protection.
11 days from when diarrhea started I started having cramps and spotting pink/light brown for 2days. This is 5 days before withdrawal bleed is supposed to come.
I am confused as this never happened.
