Ive been reading through posts and it would appear we're all very keen to poas over and over just to ensure we still have that bfp, however feel I am becoming somewhat neurotic. After 2 m/c both around the 10/11 week mark I find myself marking dates in my diary , remembering what week and day of pregnancy I started bleeding/pain and thinking "if I can just get to this week + day with no bleeding everything will be ok" I'm counting days over and over, and doing my own head in! Does anyone else do this or similar after having m/c or shall I book myself a place at the local loonybin now?

Totally normal, ~I'm facing the exact same demons myself at the minute :|

I'm the same Hun! I keep setting myself little milestones to get to like the week I m/c then 10 weeks, 12 weeks now I'm trying to get to 14!! It's so silly cos I know everything is fine with the baby but am still expecting the worst! Try to think positive, I'm sure everything will be fine xXx

I definatly did this! Set myself little milestones x tbh I'm still completely terrified I'll go to 20 week scan and be told there's no heartbeat x I wish I could totally relax and it has got easier to relax a little bit after reaching 12, 13, 14 weeks x good luck honey x

Thanks everyone, knowing I'm not loosing my mind is one less thing to worry about! Wishing you all the best x

I have been doing exactly the same hon - you're not going crazy, it's just really stressful xxxx

Sounds perfectly normal and rationale Hun

I have had three healthy pregnancies and have still been doing the counting business first to 12 weeks, then panicing til 20 now i just want to get to 30. Sorry for you loss hun but try and stay positive xx

i think am prob about to start doing this after 2 mc just found out am pregnant again and am craping it. i hope so much this ones a sticky one xxx

sounds very normal to me , I'm sure I will be the same when I get pregnant again, all understandable, gonna buy a baby sounds heartbeat thing when I do, and will end up chained to it and turn into a neurotic mess!

I agree very normal honey, i have set little milestones all the way though and its helped x

Count me in too, I'm 6 weeks and just trying to get from week to week! I m/c at 7 weeks in Feb so next week is a big one for me! Worried about symptoms all the time too. I've never wanted to be sick so bad:puke:
