Well, I'm convinced after reading all that!

Me and DH have just finished our last pack of cigs between us, and we do have some gum ready to help out if we need it.

BUT I have JUST ordered this book from Amazon, so hopefully, that'll sort it for good!

I read this when I tried to quit several years ago. It didn't stop me smoking but it did help me to understand my addiction. I finally quit using patches.

I've known people who've read it and stopped immediately afterwards. It's definately worth a try.
