@sev, cutting caffeine is definitely going to be harder for me than alcohol. I have reduced my intake - was also a 5+ a day habit. Now generally two (strong!) coffees in the morning, then decaf from there, but know I'll need to reduce further if/when I fall.
Its been a struggle! Had to ween myself because when I tried going cold-turkey I ended up becoming a verbally abusive monster. Really great now that Ive gotten down to just drinking tea, my sleep is better and I stopped getting weird heart-rhythms. Have you noticed any differences after cutting down your cups of joe?
TMI: I really miss my morning poos though... Wasnt so fun for my bowls to stop coffee-drinking. Guess I can amend that with more fiber in my diet though...
