Alcohol??

Hey girls,

I wonder if any of you can help me? my hubby likes a few drinks not massive but a few- im trying to explain to him the importance of not drinking when your trying to conceive!!
does anyone know any figuures about reduced sperm count or anything with alcohol so i can give him actual figures to try to get him to put the vino down lol!!

My partner drinks a fair few and has 2 healthy kids already with no problems so Im not so bothered that he does it to unwind after a hard day at work most days. I would never expect him to stop something he enjoys for the sake of a us getting pregnant and vice versa.

Ye i agree that if a man has normally healthy sperm then having a couple of drinks is not going to make enough of a difference to stop you concieving.

Good luck hun! i think men sometimes think its only women who have to keep healthy when TTC

when we were trying we cut right down but the week we were actually ttc we drank loads we went to center parcs and was really chilled out but we didnt have put it away baby is fine x

My hubby has 2 children from a previous marriage and George is 11, jer is now 44 and I'm sure sperm decreases with age so if I can get him to give up a few drinks when it's fertile time as I'm changing my body for 9 mnths!! X
