,,,,,,or Angus Cactus as I embarassingly asked for in holland and barrett haha

Has anyone taken this or know anything about it, I keep hearing about it in relation to fertility and Ovulating, and seen as I'm not ovulating thought I'd give it a go.

If anyone has taken it, does it matter what day in your cycle you start taking it and also is it ok to take with pregnancare vitamins? Or if anyone knows anything in general about this supplement, or any good experiences, it would be greatly appreceiated

Hi Toni
I took it for a few months after reading good things about in on the web regarding ttc. I was taking it alongside regular prenatal vitamin supplements with no adverse affects that I'm aware of.
(I have since stopped taking AC, but I think no harm in trying right?)

Thanks for reply bead. It was on offer so I got two packs, might aswell give it a go I it's not gonna hurt me, see if it helps me to ovulate x
