Agnus Castus info

Just need a little info/advice on using agnus castus- how much should I take daily and when?

I took between 1000 and 1200 (depending on the brand) a day, half in the morning and half in the evening. I took it throughout my cycle. It took about 40 days to have any noticeable effect and then it seemed to regulate my periods for about 4 months. Then suddenly it seemed to stop working so I stopped taking it when my supply ran out.

I'm taking it to try and bring my periods back after depo, no idea if it will work but some people have sworn by it and at least I feel like I'm trying something.

My partner looked it up and there isn't actually a limit you can go over, but I've been taking two tablets a day.
