agnus castus- bad side effects?

Has anyone had any problems with bleeding since taking ac? Was considering starting it for irregular periods but when researching found some info on people bleeding for weeks at a time on it?

hey hun i was on ac for about 3ish weeks before ovulating and i didnt experience any side effects on it (thats not to say others havent tho, thats just my experience)

Im hoping its done the trick tho so watch this space lol as last cycle was 81 days xxx

Yeah last one was 69 and currently 33 thought its worth giving it ago as I have seen a few people post how effective its been just want to kick start body into working
