Agnus Castus and PCO...

Hi,

I'm exploring additional help I could possibly get herbally, and i've come across AC. I've tried searching threads but I can't really find the answer to my question.

Which is, is AC advised for PCO (Polycystic Ovary NOT Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, apparently there is a difference according to my GP!) sufferers?

I currently have a cycle between 34-37 days and I believe I OV on day 19/20 (only going by EWCM)...would AC help or would it be a pointless and money/time wasting effort?

i'm not trying to warn you off of using AC, as i know ejjie was using it for around 3 months and she got her BFP.

however i tried it i had a constant ache/pain where i'd usually get period pains, i never usually get them unless it's AF and soon after i stopped taking them the pains stopped.

so for some it works. some it doesn't. i have a months worth if you'd like them ? i've used a few but could send you the rest of the bottle if you want to give it a go.
