You should take it from the first day of your period upto when you OV, not sure the exact medical reasons why you shouldnt take it after you have OV but its just incase you are pregnant.

......saying that I think some ppl do take it through the whole month but I only take it until I OV

I started at 1200mg each day and now on 1600mg a day what I think is the max (or around the max).

Are you going to start taking it as you have long cycles? x

Im taking 2x 400mg capsules twice per day, im not planning on stopping until af has been and gone and iv ovulated! (started in to bring on af after mirena) Iv started another agnus castus thread about it getting in our systems if you want to jump in there too if anyone has any answers xxx

Hi hun im takin 1600mg a day. I started takin it coupleof weeks ago and on cd 81 my af arrived so gonna keep takin til i ov now so hopefully itl work an sort my cycles out.
