Hi girls

Although Im not TTC for a couple of months I just wondered if anybody takes Agnus Cactus????????

I suffer with mood swings & irritiability and my homeopath recommend it, he also said that it can help with TTC???

Hiya

Yes well I used to take it then stopped, it was recommended by my Aunt. It's meant to help with ttc. (the tablets are huge)

to be honest I was taking too many things primrose oil etc etc......

I decided to stop taking so many tablets because my cycles where getting all mixed up

So now I have just stuck with Folic Acid and used pre-seed for the first time last month.

My tablets are quite small so easy to swallow.

I stopped taking my tablets as well as they were so big i thought they were a meal replacement...

I hope mine are the right ones as they are not big. Ive got the Lamberts Vitex Agnus Castus 1000mg????????????

mine was only 400mg but jus too big
