AF Arrived - I'm out this month girls

Hi girls, My AF arrived today, so I'm out of the game for this month!

BUT.... I now know my LMP date for my next cycle and it was early so I gain a few days there on next month. - I have got me a new OV ticker.

I am also going to get back on my running machine (used to play sport at high level until 2 years ago and I got all lasy) So I will be the fitest pregnant lady in 28 days time I reackon.. (check out my ticker , going to do 1 hour exersize a day).

for putting up with my profesional moaping at the weekend!

Thanks again girls, I think I knew at the weekend that it wasn't my lucky month, so got it out of my system then, I am actually ok about it (at the moment ha). -

Helen - you doing swimming and walking is soo more than I do at the moment! well done.
I don't need to loose weight other than some love handleage! but I am all wobbley and untoned!! (erghhh to the veiw in my tankini) , gonna sort that out sharpish!!
