AF has arrived!!!

AF arrived sunday morning. I am not upset about it at all.

It now means i can start charting and work out my ovulation days. To be honest i wasnt expecting her to come for another few weeks because i thought they would be iiregular from stoping the pill in march. But she was on time!!

Sorry she got you this month, but also know what it feels like to be quite pleased.

I also stopped the pill in March, and when AF arrived I actually smiled.

At least we both know our bodies have returned to normal very quickly.

Good luck for next month, and with the charting (Im still considering charting, and will probably start next month).
