AF after failed IVF

Hiya,

Just a random question following our ICSI our OTD was 12th December, we tested on 10th and got BFN and AF came on 14th december and lasted 4 ish days no problems

Normally AF is usually 28-32 cycle so expected anytime from the 10th Saturday

On saturday went to the loo for a "sit down" (sorry tmi!) and on tissue was bright red so I thought ok here it comes. Sometimes it takes a while for AF to get started over the course of the day, however, no full flow, sat eve small about of brown as if end of af and yesterday, overnight and today nothing??

Just wondered if anyone else had experienced this after failed IVF?

Hey, mine have been a bit all over the place after treatment too - even though I didn't have a transfer. Have you thought about testing?? You may have got lucky!

My first one came then 21 days later I had my second af. I'm on day 21 now of the next cycle and no sign so hoping it'll either be a more 'normal' cycle or I'm just back to how I was before with very long cycles. x

Aw, that's a shame but good that it turned up I guess. When does your next cycle start?

I'm feeling much better thanks. We've not got our follow up till 12th Feb so a wee while to wait. We've got a trip to New York booked for just before that, so something fab to look forward too!! xx

Your next one is not too far away is it which is great and New York before thats amazing how long are you going for? Have you been before? I've been twice its fab x

I think we are going to go at the end of march to look at starting April, odd I know but annoyingly my I have no Annual leave left and it doesnt start until 1st April! would love to give up work and concentrate on TTC! x
