As title says any advice or tips please. Chloe is now 14 weeks and won't take it. She took it fine at 6 weeks and when we tried again a week later she was having none of it!!

I have a few bits coming up that i need her to take a bottle as i won't be around for one feed.

Carly i see you looking for bottles is Henry struggling? x

This might sound bad but I waited until Bertie's mouth was open mid-cry and sort of slipped it in lol. He wouldn't latch onto the breast so bottle was a last resort. Luckily he took to it fine. What bottles are you using?

Yeah han he wont take the breatflow bottles I bought for him. Ordered a mam one off eBay but it's not the anti colic one. Tried him with cooled boiled water last night as didn't wanna "waste" time expressing & milk if he didn't take it. He took about half an ounce which is more than he has taken from a bottle before. He couldn't work out how to suck in the breastflow ones but could with the mam teat.

Just got 6 anti colic bottles with tears & sealing caps or £5 off fb swopshop so gonna collect them on Saturday & try him with ebm & see how much he takes.

I'm desperate to get back to zumba!

Oh & have u seen my Lamaze thread in b&t?

U should be right there with me! :D

I am having the same problem! We have tried four different bottles. She was topped up with formula until 6 weeks so it isn't like she doesn't know how they work. I think she just prefers the boob!

Oh ok what are the mam ones like?!?

I have tried medela and the TT closer to nature ones!! x

Duh, should have read this before posting!!

I have the same problem.

Not much help tbh but I advised to get them used to bottles you'd need to offer every other to every third day do that they don't forget what they're doing

This is what were doing with Harry x

Nope tried everything now on a tommee tippee cup, still not working. I mentioned this to the bf advisor today at baby group and she said once their on solids their muscles in their mouth change so they figure it out easier.
